Maybe you’re a composer – great! Send your music to the SyncCloud! We’re a non-exclusive catalogue, so you can use all the tracks you have signed with other non-exclusive catalogues. If you’re a publisher or label, why not send your catalogue to the SyncCloud – there’s nothing to lose! We have done the legal stuff for you and created 3 simple licences for end users to legitimately use your work. We take a 30% cut, and the rest is all yours!

Standard Licence
£9.99per track
- SyncCloud's Standard Licence covers internet videos, corporate videos, and all non-commercially distributed projects with a 5,000 copy limit for a downloaded or physical end product. This licence can be used for a single project, worldwide in perpetuity but does not cover broadcast use.
Premium Licence
£49.99per track
- SyncCloud's Premium Licence covers everything that the Standard Licence covers plus advertising per project on all media in a single territory. It covers use on TV, radio and cinema with a broadcast audience of up to 10 million (If broadcasting we require the end user to submit a cue sheet of the music used to the PRO where the production is being broadcast.) It covers use in apps, games and DVDs with unlimited copies of a downloaded or physical end product. It also covers industry events and theatre production and includes unlimited distribution worldwide of projects intended to generate revenue. This licence can be used for a single project in perpetuity.
Premium Plus
£399per track
- SyncCloud's Premium Plus Licence is the same as the Premium Licence but includes the added benefits of unlimited copies of a downloaded or physical end product, an unlimited broadcast audience, a theatrically released film and advertising per project on all media, worldwide.
So what would I need to agree to?
Here is an overview of your terms and conditions that will be marked as signed upon sign up.
The tracks you upload must:
Be 100% original
Not include samples from other tracks
Not be under any other exclusive agreements
Have a written agreement between 100% of the right holders consenting to this agreement if you are not the sole owner of all rights
Be professionally recorded, produced and mastered to industry standard
Be free from content ID
You must:
Agree to the ‘end users’ licence agreements which your tracks will be licensed under. Pay an annual subscription of *£9.99 for space on SyncCloud (unless you have a free coupon)
